You are right, the 1 in 4 is distressing and something must be done about but but the 3 in 4 does give some hope. Absolutely ADORED the poetry vid on your bebo page- she is such an amazing performer, incredible voice and being able to sustain it! It is certainly very, very emotive and powerful too.
